Julian Woolley

Julian Woolley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of talent and organizational development. Julian has recently worked as a Senior Manager at Stellant Systems, Inc., where they were responsible for designing and implementing talent and organizational development processes and initiatives. Prior to that, Julian served as the AVP and Human Resources Director at HNTB, where they managed a team of HR Business Partners and provided talent strategies for senior leadership. Julian also gained significant experience at Grifols, where they held various roles including Director of Recruiting & Staffing, HR Director, Associate Director HR, and HR Manager. At Grifols, they implemented employee branding strategies, oversaw core HR processes, managed HRBPs, and provided talent strategies and counsel. Before joining Grifols, Julian worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at Perot Systems Corp, conducting full lifecycle recruiting for various industries. With over two decades of experience, Julian has developed expertise in talent management, HR strategies, and recruitment.

Julian Woolley has a post-graduate diploma in Business Analysis from Lancaster University. Julian also holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Finance from Lancashire University. In addition, they obtained a professional designation in Human Resources from UCLA. Julian has also acquired several certifications, including Achieve Global Certified Leadership Trainer from AchieveGlobal France, the Predictive Index Personality Assessment Tool from The Predictive Index, and Strategic HRBP from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
