Karen Dumas

Karen Dumas, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and financial reporting. Since January 2013, Karen has held multiple leadership roles at Stellantis, including Director of TSRC Compliance, Emissions Risk and Governance Lead, and Diesel Settlement Program Manager. Karen also serves as Vice President on the Board of The Chatfield School, a Michigan public school academy. Prior to these roles, Karen worked at Citizens Republic Bancorp as First Vice President, Director of External Reporting, and at Asset Acceptance as Assistant Controller. Karen's career began as Controller at the National Association of Investors Corporation. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University and a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University.
