Meral Cakmak

Meral Cakmak currently serves as the Head of HR for Central Functions in the Middle East and Africa at Stellantis, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Cakmak was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Coty from January 2020 to November 2024, overseeing the People Strategy and Operations for the Consumer and Luxury divisions across the region. Key achievements include leading HR transformation initiatives, managing performance and talent management processes, and successfully implementing organizational design and change management strategies. With prior experience at L'Oréal, AXA, and King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin in various HR roles, Cakmak has developed a strong background in talent acquisition, learning and development, and compliance with local regulations. Cakmak holds dual Master's degrees in Human Resources Management from Université Paris Cité and IGS-RH.
