Subhayu Basu has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Subhayu is currently working as the Asst. Vice President - Human Resources at Stellapps Technologies Private Limited since July 2023. Subhayu has also worked as the Head - HR at HCL Perot Systems & Deutsche Software from December 2000 to April 2004, and as the General Manager - HR at SkyTech Solutions LLC from 1998 to 2000. Subhayu'searlier experiences include roles such as Corporate HR Manager at British Oxygen (BOC India Ltd.) from 1994 to 1998, and Sr. Executive - HR at Tata Consultancy Services from 1990 to 1994.

Subhayu Basu earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira, Belur in the years 1983 to 1986. Following that, from 1987 to 1989, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service.
