Mike Long

Mike Long is an accomplished engineering and program management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Director of Programs at STELLAR BLU Solutions since October 2022, Mike has previously held key positions at renowned organizations. At Safran, Mike worked as a Project Engineer from August 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, Mike was with GDC Technics, LLC, where roles included Director of Engineering for Advanced Technologies and Program Manager from May 2017 to June 2021. Additionally, Mike served as President at Compass Strategic Services from September 2015 to November 2016 and held the position of Director of Programs at Taylor-Deal Aviation, LLC from April 2007 to September 2015. Mike's career began at Associated Air Center as a Project Lead, where services were rendered from 1997 to 2007.
