Simran Shah began their career in 2017 as a Recruiter at LivenHR Solution. In 2018, they joined Cygnet Infotech as an Executive - IT Recruitment, where they were responsible for delivering technology innovation across 35 countries. In 2020, they joined Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC as an Associate Team Lead - Recruitments and later as a Sr. Executive - Recruitments. At Stellar Consulting, they were responsible for providing end-to-end innovative solutions from concept to deployment.

Simran Shah has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR + IT from LLOYED INST. OF MANAGEMENT & TECHNOLOGY PLOT N0-11 KNOWLEDGE PARK-II, GREATER NOIDA from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a BSC IT in Information Technology from Kuvempu University, Shankaraghatta, Shimoga from 2013 to 2016. Simran also holds a Diploma in Information Technologies from NIIT Institute in Information Technology.
