Debee Panda

Debee Panda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aluminum industry, currently serving as the Sales and Installation Manager at Thermbond Refractory Solutions since April 2019, specializing in installation and sales in India. Prior to this, Debee Panda worked at Hindalco Industries Limited for 28 years, progressing through various roles including Senior Manager in the aluminum downstream business, Manager overseeing casthouse operations and maintenance, Assistant Manager as section head of the casthouse, and Senior Executive responsible for process control in the aluminum smelter and casthouse. Debee Panda's career began as an Executive focused on quality control for raw materials and finished aluminum products. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Master of Science in Chemistry from Sambalpur University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Bhadrak Autonomous College.
