Scott Sandler has had a successful career in the finance and engineering industries, beginning in 1992 as a Product Design Engineer for Ford Motor Company. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte Consulting. Scott then returned to Ford Motor Company as a Finance Manager from 2000 to 2011. In 2011, they moved to SpaceX as a Finance Director, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2018 they were a Finance Director for RED Digital Cinema. In 2018 they became the Chief Financial Officer for magniX, and in 2019 they joined the Board of Directors for Eviation Aircraft Ltd. In 2021, they became a Board Member for MIT Club of SE Michigan, and a Volunteer for Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan. Scott is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Stellar One Consulting.
Scott Sandler received their BSME in Aerospace Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 1986 and 1990. Scott then attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, graduating with an MS in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering in 1992. In 1995, they completed their MBA in Finance at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
