Bill Possel

Bill Possel is a seasoned professional in the aerospace and engineering fields, currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Stellar Solutions since March 2018. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Director of Mission Operations and Data Systems at the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics from September 2006 to March 2018, where leadership was provided to a team of 130 professionals and students, overseeing operations for four NASA spacecraft and various space science instruments. Bill's extensive experience also includes serving as a Colonel in the United States Air Force from June 1979 to December 2006. Educational credentials encompass a Master's degree in Engineering Physics from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Cincinnati, along with further training at the USAF Air War College and Defense Acquisition University.
