Jessie Niles has a diverse work experience in multiple industries. From 2022 to 2021, they were a Data Strategist, Customer Innovation & Impact at StellarAlgo. In 2021, they were a Co-Founder at Ready in Five Inc., where they changed the world of online meetings. Jessie was also a Senior Associate and Associate at Penrose Partners, a blockchain startup firm that provides transactional, educational, and corporate consulting/material production services. From 2013 to 2019, they were a Professional Athlete for Team Canada Women's Volleyball Team, SAINT-RAPHAEL VAR VOLLEY BALL, ASKÖ Linz/Steg, SG Kelag Wildcats, and USV Volleyball. In 2017, they were a Business Analyst at Botaneco Inc. and in 2016, they were an Intern at TEC Edmonton.

Jessie Niles has a diverse educational background. Jessie completed their high school diploma from Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School in 2011. Jessie then went on to earn their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences Major and Business Minor from the University of Alberta in 2016. Currently, they are pursuing their Master's degree in Global Master of Management Analytics from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
