Reid Kisling

Reid Kisling has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Reid is currently the Director of Systems Integration at Stellic, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Implementation Consultant at Stellic from March 2021 to July 2021.

Before joining Stellic, Reid worked at AACRAO Consulting (AC) as a Senior Consultant starting in May 2007. Reid played a vital role in offering consultation services to colleges and universities, focusing on institutional vitality and addressing challenges within the higher education sector.

Reid also has experience in the non-profit sector, having served as the President of ARM Ministries starting in May 2015. In addition, they held the position of VP of Development at ARM Ministries from December 2012 to April 2015. Reid'sresponsibilities included fundraising and managing administrative expenses for the organization.

In the academic sphere, Reid worked at Western Seminary in various roles. Reid served as the Vice President of Student Development/Chief Information and Effectiveness Officer from February 2018 to February 2021. Additionally, they held the position of Interim Director of Financial Aid from August 2018 to January 2019 and Dean of Student Development/Registrar from April 2013 to February 2018. At Western Seminary, they oversaw student services, financial aid, admissions, and registration, among other responsibilities.

Furthermore, Reid served as the Senior Pastor at Grace Baptist Church in Newberg, OR from January 2011 to June 2012. Reid provided ministry leadership, preaching, teaching, and mentored church members.

Earlier in their career, Reid worked as the Registrar at George Fox University from May 2005 to December 2010. Reid also served as the Registrar and Director of Enrollment Management at Dallas Theological Seminary from January 2000 to May 2005.

Reid Kisling completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the Oregon Institute of Technology, which they attended from 1989 to 1993. Reid then pursued further education at Dallas Theological Seminary from 1994 to 1997, earning a Master of Theology degree in Theology and Ministry. Finally, from 2001 to 2007, Reid Kisling attended Regent University, where they obtained a PhD in Organizational Leadership.
