Josu Beristain

Josu Beristain, FCA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at STEM Healthcare. Prior to this, they held the same role at The Risk Advisory Group for almost 9 years, where they played a pivotal role in streamlining finance and corporate functions and coordinating exit transactions. Before that, Josu was the Head of Finance, EMEA at CallisonRTKL, where they managed financial matters and improved internal controls. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Finance Director at Cable Lift Installations Ltd and as an Audit Senior and Junior at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where they gained experience in auditing and various financial roles.

Josu Beristain, FCA holds a degree in Management and Economics from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, which they obtained from 1985 to 1990. Josu also acquired an ACA (Accountancy) degree from ICAEW during the period of 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Business and Financial Professional from ICAEW in 2019, Colegiado de CEMAD- Madrid - Spain from Colegion de economistas de Madrid in 2010, and Fellow Chartered Accountant from ICAEW in 1997.
