Paul Phelan

Paul Phelan began their work experience in 2010 as an Administrator at TEC Security. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Research Assistant at University College Dublin, where they contributed to a specified research program and analyzed data sets under supervision. In 2014, they joined ICON plc as a Financial Analyst, eventually progressing to roles such as Supervisor, Finance Business Partnering, Finance Manager, and Senior Finance Manager. Paul then worked at Mercury as a Senior Finance Manager from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Head of Commercial Affairs at STEM, starting in 2023.

Paul Phelan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from ITT Dublin in 2012. Paul then pursued a Master's degree in MSc Strategic Management & Planning at Smurfit UCD from 2012 to 2013. Paul furthered their education at Chartered Accountants Ireland, where they obtained an ACA degree specializing in Accounting from 2014 to 2017.
