Serena most recently worked as the Vice President Global Strategic Accounts at STEM, where they were responsible for global customer strategy and account management. Prior to this, Serena worked as the North America Project Director at Inizio and held several roles at IQVIA, including Principal, Engagement Manager, and Advisory and Marketing Services. Before joining IQVIA, they served as the Sr. Director of Multichannel Marketing Strategy at Pursuit-Solutions. Serena also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at Novo Nordisk as the Manager of Field Force Effectiveness. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Engagement Manager at ImpactRx, a Senior Consultant at Mindlance Consulting, and held positions at GSK, Mattel, Inc., and Leo Burnett.
Serena Goodwin holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Economics, and Manufacturing. Serena also obtained a BBA degree in Computer Science and Business from Howard University. Additionally, Serena completed an executive education program in UBS Leadership Fellow from The Wharton School.
