Claudia Bailey

Claudia Bailey has worked in a variety of positions since 2003. Claudia began their career at Abbott as a Product Specialist I, then Head Product Specialist, and finally Head Change Control Specialist. In 2015, they joined StemBioSys, Inc. as Production Manager, then Quality Manager, and finally Director of Quality. In 2023, they joined Project Transition USA as a Member of the "Project Transition USA" Group on LinkedIn to provide training and assistance to transitioning military personnel.

Claudia Bailey obtained their Master's degree in Biotechnology engineering from Technische Universität Berlin between 1995 and 2002. In 2001, they completed their Master's thesis at San Diego State University on the topic of "Use of pluripotent mesenchymal cells of transgenic GFP-mice as a model for gene therapy". In 2000, they completed a project research thesis (required for the Master's degree) at Murdoch University on the topic of "Optimization of the culture and the carotenoid production of the green Algae Chlorella fusca". Additionally, they have obtained certifications in HER/HEID (Human Error Investigation and Diagnostics) from Talsico International, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training from Abbott, and is a Proceeds Picture Map developer from Talsico International.
