Heidi Freitas

Heidi Freitas brings extensive experience in scientific support operations within the biotechnology sector, currently serving as Senior Manager at STEMCELL Technologies since December 2009. Previous roles at STEMCELL include Manager of Scientific Support Operations and Technical Support Representative Team Lead, focusing on customer support for over 1500 products used in life science research worldwide. Prior to this, Heidi contributed to research and development at INSERM U823, where involvement in the Cellnanotox project addressed nanoparticle toxicity, and at the Baylor Institute for Immunology Research, studying the activation of lymphocytes. Educated at Université catholique de Lyon, Heidi earned a Master's degree in Biotechnology.
