Rodrigo Sant'Anna

Rodrigo Sant'Anna has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Rodrigo currently holds the position of Director, Procurement Planning & Governance at STEMCELL Technologies. Prior to this, they worked as the Director, Supply Chain Transformation and Innovation at Xcel Energy from 2021 to 2023. From 2019 to 2021, Rodrigo served as Director, Consulting & Deals at PwC Canada. Rodrigo also held positions such as Director, Supply Chain Strategy, Governance and Enablement at TransAlta from 2018 to 2019 and Sessional Instructor at Haskayne School of Business from 2016 to 2018. Rodrigo served as the Supply Chain Strategic Projects and Innovation Manager at Husky Energy from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they worked at Accenture as a Supply Chain Strategy and Consulting Manager from 2010 to 2014 and at IBM as a Senior Supply Chain Consultant from 2006 to 2010. Rodrigo began their career at Johnson & Johnson as a Trade Marketing Manager (MBA Summer Intern) in 2005 and held the position of Director of Operations at AllComm Telecommunications from 1999 to 2004.

Rodrigo Sant'Anna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Rodrigo also holds two Master of Arts degrees in Telecommunications Management and Operations, one from Ibmec and another from The George Washington University. In addition, they have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Leadership from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Sant'Anna has additional certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification obtained from Lean Six Sigma Canada in 2014 and a SAP Partner Academy - SAP Materials Management Certification obtained from SAP in 2006.
