Ginger Allen

Ginger Allen is an accomplished Regional Business Director currently leading the Mid Atlantic Region for Menarini Stemline since January 2024, specializing in breast cancer treatments. Previously, Ginger served as Regional Business Director and Commercial Launch Lead for ADC Therapeutics in the Southeast from 2020 to February 2024. Ginger's extensive experience includes multiple roles at Array BioPharma Inc. from 2018 to 2020, where responsibilities included launching targeted therapies for rare tumors and training teams. Additional experience includes senior positions at Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Amgen, Ipsen, and UCB Pharma, focusing on specialty therapeutics, territory management, and sales training. Ginger earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2001.
