Donya Dugan

Donya Dugan has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. In 2015, they were an Information Security and Data Science Fellow at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). In 2017, they were a Cyber Threat Intelligence and Data Anaytics Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy. From 2019 to 2020, they served as Chief Executive Officer of Stemtree of Lake Ridge, a K-12 STEM Education Center specializing in Science, Coding, Robotics, and EE. In 2020, they were an Assistant Instructor for Data Analytics at WYWM Academy. Donya also worked as a Customer Success Manager/ Splunktern at Splunk and a Substitute Teacher/ TA at Prince William County Public Schools. Currently, they are a GIT SOS Program Lead at Women in Technology (WIT) in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

Donya Dugan has a Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance from Western Governors University (2012-2014), a MA in Information Systems Management from Webster University (2005-2008), and a BA in Biology from Temple University (1996-1999).
