Xavi Castelló Escudé

Xavi Castelló Escudé has a diverse work experience, with their most notable role as the Managing Director at STEN from 1993. Under their leadership, STEN expanded its operations globally, opening branches in various countries and diversifying into new lines of business. ★ Xavi also founded AFECI, an association for manufacturers of formwork and scaffolding, and served as its President from 2013 to 2023. Additionally, Xavi has held advisory roles at FINAVES and Aprob, and has worked in leadership positions at companies like Caliban S.A., Chemipol S.A., and J.Vilaseca S.A.

Xavi Castelló Escudé earned an MBA from IESE Business School in 1990. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering from 1981 to 1986. Xavi also attended Colegio Viaró from 1969 to 1980.
