Henrik Segergren has extensive work experience in the digital strategy and business development field. Henrik started their career as a co-founder, web designer, and developer at Stendahls in 1999. From there, they progressed to become a project manager and digital team leader, responsible for leading a team of 25 people in global web projects and content management solutions.
In 2004, Henrik took on the role of Managing Director and Key Account Manager at Stendahls, where they oversaw a team of 60 people and managed digital strategies for global clients. Henrik held this position until 2010 when they transitioned into the role of Managing Director, focusing on digital strategy and business development with a team of 60 people.
In 2013, Henrik was promoted to CEO of Stendahls, leading the company while maintaining a hands-on approach in decision-making. As the CEO, they played a crucial role in driving the company's overall direction and growth.
Currently, Henrik has joined iO as the Growth Director Nordics, starting in 2022. In this position, they are responsible for driving growth strategies and initiatives in the Nordic region.
