Alexander Okulov

Alexander Okulov has worked as a Senior Business System Analyst for Stenn Technologies since 2023, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and ensure timely delivery of milestones and alignment with business and technical objectives. Prior to this, they worked as a Technology Analyst for Tinkoff from July to November 2022, developing a technical support product for customers and employees and collecting and analyzing requirements to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals. Alexander also worked as a Technology Consulting Analyst for Accenture from June 2019 to July 2022, where their responsibilities included developing an integrated enterprise planning distribution model and designing and implementing logistics KPIs. Before that, they worked at MOSGAZ as a Lead Engineer from November 2017 to June 2019 and as an Engineer (1st category) from June to November 2017, where they controlled gas consumption facilities, carried out project approval, commissioned metering stations, and established reporting documentation for on-site visits. Their first job was as a Junior Researcher at the National University of Oil and Gas "Gubkin University" in December 2016, where they modeled and renovated an oil field using the OisPipe software.

Alexander Okulov earned a Bachelor's degree in Oil and gas business from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) in 2016, and a Master's degree in Design, Construction and Exploitation of Pipeline Transport Systems from the same university in 2018. Alexander also obtained several certifications in different areas such as logistics, economics, data science, and software skills from various institutions such as IBM, University of Michigan, and Macquarie University, among others.
