Signe Kirk Brødbæk

Signe Kirk Brødbæk is a Research Software Engineer at Steno Diabetes Center Aarhus since September 2023, specializing in building and enhancing applications in Python and optimizing workflows. Previously, Signe worked as a Junior Data Engineer at Enversion A/S, where responsibilities included building data warehouses and automating data pipelines, and initiated the development of a Python module for unpacking FHIR data. Signe has also gained experience as a Data Engineer Intern, contributing to a project aimed at improving sleep through data warehousing and pipeline automation, and held multiple research assistant positions at Aarhus University, focusing on projects related to neuroscience, political science, and communication. Signe holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Aarhus University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science and an exchange semester at Monash University.
