Wladimir Sidorenko has worked in various roles since 2005. Wladimir began their career as a Part-time Translator at Alconost before taking on a role as a Computational Linguist at Invention Machine in the same year. In 2012, they became a Research Assistant at the University of Potsdam, and in 2015 they were hired as a Software Developer at Retresco GmbH. Most recently, they have been a Senior Data Engineer at Stenon since 2020.

Wladimir Sidorenko obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in German Philology from Minsk State Linguistic University between 2001 and 2006. Wladimir then went on to obtain their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Computational Linguistics from the same institution in 2007. In 2012, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computational Linguistics from the University of Potsdam. Additionally, Sidorenko has obtained several certifications, including AWS Technical Essentials from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, Mining Massive Datasets from Coursera in 2014, Automata from Coursera in 2014, Machine Learning from Coursera in 2013, Algorithms: Design and Analysis, Part 2 from Coursera in 2013, Algorithms: Design and Analysis, Part 1 from Coursera in 2013, and Natural Language Processing from Coursera in 2012.
