Who you are:

We are seeking a strategic Director of Product Marketing to communicate Stensul's unique value and drive demand for our platform. You will collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to develop marketing strategies that promote our product benefits and foster growth.

This is a hybrid role in our Midtown Manhattan office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement product marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Product Messaging: Develop compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Campaign Development: Execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and demand.
  • Product Launches: Lead the introduction of new and enhanced products.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with resources and training to communicate our value.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze feedback to refine messaging and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product management and other departments for successful launches.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing initiatives, optimize strategies, and report key metrics.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in product marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven success in developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical abilities.
  • 3+ years of team management experience.

The compensation range being offered for this role is a base of $195,000-205,000. Please note that Stensul's compensation philosophy is based on a geographical market approach, and the salary range listed relates specifically to roles located in New York. Stensul's compensation and career growth philosophy focuses on impact in the role,  and starting salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based the competencies and level demonstrated in the interview process.
