Joe M.

Joe M. has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Joe began their career in 1996 as a Network Administrator at National Pen Corporation. In 1998, they moved to Cottonwood Computer Services as a Technology Consultant. In 2000, they joined Ardent Health Services as a Manager of Network Services and was promoted to Director of Enterprise Network & Telecom Services in 2014. In 2021, they joined STEP CG as the Sr. Director of Solutions Architecture and is currently the Director of Solutions Architecture. In this role, they work with the Solutions Architects on pre/post sales activities and helps align the technology delivery strategies and solutions with customer needs. Joe also works with the leadership team on vendor strategy and alignment, vendor relationship management, and technology roadmap growth. Joe is a passionate servant leader who believes in helping all individuals in the organization reach their maximum potential and goals.
