John Jiberno

John Jiberno has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Senior Interim Director of Information Systems and Network Admin at the Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland since May 2002. Responsibilities include managing the Information Systems Department and providing IT support across the agency. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology and Network/Communications Support Specialist at the Council for Economic Opportunities, as well as Sr Network Analyst at TRW and Programmer/Analyst at Medical Mutual of Ohio. John Jiberno holds a BBA in Management, Economics, and Labor Industrial Relations from Cleveland State University and has further education from Cuyahoga Community College.
