John Jordan

John Jordan is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support, systems programming, and multimedia specialist roles. Currently serving as a PC Technician at Step Forward since June 2022, John previously held positions as Lead Technician at Solutionz, Inc., and Multimedia Specialist at John Carroll University, where John collaborated with faculty and IT staff to enhance classroom technology. With a strong foundation in EDI consultancy, systems programming on the IBM iSeries, and extensive experience in retail management, John possesses a comprehensive skill set in IT systems installation, maintenance, and support across various environments. John holds a BA in Mass Media Communications from Cleveland State University and an AAB in Information Systems: Computer Programming from Lakeland Community College.
