Russell Bowsky

Russell Bowsky is an experienced professional in human resources and program development, currently serving as the HR Training and Development Coordinator at Step Forward since April 2023. As an Independent Business Owner at RJB-PC Training and Consulting since February 2019, Russell has provided expertise in training and consulting. Previously, Russell worked at Up and Out Inc. as both an On-Call Program Coordinator and Director of Programs from February 2016 to September 2021.
