Nika Gushchina

Nika Gushchina has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Step Logic since December 2014, where responsibilities include recruitment primarily for mid-level technical positions. From September 2011 to September 2014, Nika held the position of HR Manager at Cornerstone. Nika Gushchina earned a specialist degree in human resources from the Russian State University for the Humanities between 2008 and 2013.
