Jessica Fritz, SHRM-CP

Jessica Fritz, SHRM-CP has had a varied work experience since 2005. Jessica began their career as a Leadership Fellow-Community Leadership Institute at Johnson & Wales University in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Comedy Works. The following year, they were a Territory Sales Manager at Ecolab, Inc. In 2008, they were a Client Services Coordinator at CB Richard Ellis. Jessica then worked as a Senior Trade Commissioner Assistant at the Consulate General of Canada in Minneapolis from 2009-2014. From 2014-2019, they were a Senior Account Executive at Health e(fx). Lastly, they have been Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Operations at Step One Foods since 2020. In their role at Step One Foods, they are devoted to developing practical, great-tasting, completely whole/natural foods formulated specifically to augment the prevention and treatment of chronic disease. At Hive Tech HR, they provided HR technology consulting for HCM Vendor Selection, HCM Implementation and HCM Optimization.

Jessica Fritz, SHRM-CP has an education history that includes a Certificate in Human Resources Compliance from Mitchell Hamline School of Law (2018), a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University, studies in Marketing at UNLV Lee Business School, and studies in International Business at Sejong University. In addition to their educational background, Jessica holds three certifications: Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance, 2017), Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist (Employer Healthcare & Benefits Congress, 2015), and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP, SHRM, 2017).
