Tanvi Parad is a Human Resources Executive at STEP One Step Ahead since September 2023, previously serving as a Human Resources Intern focused on talent acquisition for IT and Non-IT positions in a Robotic Process Automation context. Prior to this role, Tanvi worked as an Accounting Assistant at Shree Balaji Associates from May 2016 to September 2023. Currently pursuing a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Services at Welingkar Institute of Management, with an expected graduation in May 2023.
