David Corea

David Corea has a diverse work experience in the field of analytics and data science. David currently serves as a Lead Analyst at Step, starting from January 2024. Prior to Step, they worked as a Sr Analytics Manager at CoderPad from August 2021 to December 2023. David also worked as a Software Engineer at PointPredictive Inc. from April 2020 to August 2021 and as an Analytics Consultant at ProGuides from February 2020 to June 2020.

Before that, David held the position of Data Scientist at Housecall Pro from August 2018 to November 2019, where they implemented machine learning models, performed data analysis, and conducted AB tests. David also served as an Analytics Lead at NatureBox from November 2016 to November 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Data Analyst at Jawbone from November 2014 to November 2016 and as a Data Analyst at Apollo Group from September 2013 to October 2014.

David's early career includes the role of Associate Marketing Analyst at Dropcam from December 2010 to September 2013, where they contributed to website redesigns, conducted data analysis, and executed email campaigns. David utilized various technical skills and modeling techniques such as SQL, R, Python, Google Analytics, and regression analysis throughout their career.

David Corea received their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from the University of San Francisco between 2006 and 2010. Later, between 2012 and 2015, they attended the City College of San Francisco and studied Mathematics, although they did not complete a degree there.
