Dhiraj Laddha is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and blockchain development. Currently serving as a Senior Blockchain Developer at Step3 since January 2019, Dhiraj focuses on creating and engaging audiences with NFTs. As CEO and Manager at cmdR Consulting, LLC since June 2014, Dhiraj oversees operations in offices located in Scottsdale, AZ, and Jodhpur, India, while also contributing to project growth in the United States. Additional roles include CEO of initCoders since January 2014 and prior positions as a Software Engineer at Reputation.com and Social Cloud, Inc., where Dhiraj engaged in full-stack development.
