Fernando Tertuliano

Fernando Tertuliano is a seasoned professional in technical sales and business development, currently serving as a Senior Technical Sales Representative at Stepan Company since April 2017. Fernando's role involves the commercial management of global and regional accounts across various industrial segments, including Agrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Construction Chemicals, Emulsion Polymerization, and Metalworking. Prior to this, Fernando held positions as a Technical Sales Representative and in New Business Development at Clariant, where responsibilities included conducting innovation projects and laboratory evaluations for the Oil and Gas market. Additionally, Fernando began their career as a Scientific Researcher intern at LadMol-QM, focusing on antithrombotic molecules. Fernando holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and People Management from Escola Conquer and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro.
