James Beresheim

James Beresheim currently serves as the Order Management Team Lead at Stepan Company since November 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Service Supervisor at Nouryon from August 2012 to November 2020, where responsibilities included managing and training a team of nine Customer Service Representatives and coaching new Sales Representatives. Beresheim began at Nouryon as a Customer Service Representative, focusing on relationship building with manufacturers and distributors. Prior to Nouryon, Beresheim worked as a Business Development Representative at Akzo Nobel Decorative Paints, managing a substantial marketing budget and proposing products for various customers, and earlier as an Assistant Store Manager at Sherwin Williams. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Aurora University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Eastern Illinois University.
