Kwaku Okraku

Kwaku Okraku is a seasoned Senior Process Engineer at Stepan Company, with extensive experience in process engineering across various companies including Zachry Group and INEOS Styrolution America LLC. Kwaku has managed process engineering projects from conceptual to detailed engineering for oil and gas clients, and played a key role in process improvement and sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include Operations Engineer at INEOS Styrolution, where Kwaku oversaw production management and process safety, as well as Project Engineer at James Hardie Building Products. Additional experience includes process engineering at Honeywell, where Kwaku contributed to risk mitigation and process hazard analysis. Kwaku served as President of the National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers, enhancing membership engagement. Kwaku holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
