Sangeeta Ganguly-Mink

Sangeeta Ganguly-Mink, Ph.D., currently serves as the Technical Director of Consumer Products at Stepan Company, where responsibilities include leading the discovery of biosurfactants and bioproducts and innovating sustainable solutions for personal care, hard surface cleaning, and agricultural applications. Previously, Sangeeta held various roles, including Senior R&D Manager and R&D Manager focused on home and professional care products, particularly in hard surface cleaning and antimicrobial innovation at Stepan Company. Prior experience also includes R&D roles at The Dow Chemical Company. Sangeeta earned a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Georgia State University and holds a certification in Shaping Innovation Leaders from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
