Evelynn Park

Evelynn Park has worked as a Head Teacher at Stephen Gaynor School since August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Lower School Teacher at The Geneva School of Manhattan from August 2015 to June 2021, and an After School Art Teacher from September 2015 to June 2019. In 2017, they were a Reading Specialist at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI) during the summer. From August 2011 to December 2013, Evelynn worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education.

Evelynn Park's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Religion/Religious Studies and Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Evelynn then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Teachers College, Columbia University from 2014 to 2015. In 2012, they received training at International TEFL Training, and in 2011, they completed additional training at International TEFL Teacher Training. Recently, in 2021-2022, Evelynn pursued an Advanced Certificate in Childhood Special Education- Learning Disabilities at Hunter College.
