David Spear

David Spear currently serves as the General Manager at Stephenson Equipment, Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this role, David held the position of General Manager at J&J Truck Equipment, where responsibilities included managing a $12 million business segment with a focus on truck equipment manufacturing, installation, parts sales, and customer service while leading a team of 40 employees. David's career began in quality assurance and customer service at Somerset Welding & Steel, where qualifications included Certified Welding Inspector and Certified Welding Educator, alongside serving as PA DOT Fleet Project Manager. Earlier experience includes teaching English and computer applications for grades 7-12 at Berlin-Brothersvalley School District. David holds a Master's degree in Modern Humanities from Frostburg State University and a BA in English from Geneva College.
