Jenna Franklin

Jenna Franklin is a corporate lawyer and trained barrister with over 15 years of expertise in data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance, primarily within the financial sector across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions. Currently serving as Partner in Data Protection, Privacy, Cyber, AI and Ethics at Stephenson Harwood LLP since May 2023, Jenna also co-chairs the Data Protection Finance Group, a prominent network for legal and privacy professionals in financial services. Previously held roles include Legal Director at Bird & Bird, Managing Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel at Santander UK, and positions at Asto Digital Limited, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Schroders, and JPMorgan Chase. Jenna holds an LL.M from UCL and a Bar Vocational Course qualification from City, University of London.
