Kiara Dziama

Kiara Dziama is a versatile professional with experience in both dance and management. Currently serving as a Guest Dance Instructor at Phillips Academy since February 2023, Kiara also works as a Dancer at Broadway Dance Center, where assistance is provided to Sheila Barker. Past experience includes a managerial role at EY, focusing on Financial Services Performance Improvement and leading initiatives for Black executive retention and engagement from August 2013 to September 2020. Kiara's dance background includes positions at DanceWorks New York City and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, alongside teaching and choreographing at Lydia’s School of Dance. Kiara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Chinese from Trinity College-Hartford and is a graduate of Phillips Academy.
