Matthew C Williams is a versatile professional in the performing arts with experience as a musical book writer, dance instructor, and choreographer. Since 2011, Williams has been self-employed and is currently developing a musical in collaboration with Gordon Gano of Violent Femmes. As a dance instructor at Steps On Broadway since 2003, Williams has contributed to various educational and theatrical productions, including serving as an adjunct professor at Montclair State University and completing an MFA in Theater Directing at Brooklyn College. Williams' directing and choreographic credits include works such as "The Last Days of Judas Iscariot," "Carrie the Musical," and "In The Heights." With education credentials from UC Irvine and Pacific Conservatory Theater, Williams brings a well-rounded background in dance, theater, and choreography to the stage.
