Ciaran Mccooey

Ciaran is Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) with responsibility for all Commercial Product Management, Commercial IT and Inventory Management across the Group since 2021. Having joined the company in 2000, Ciaran was previously Group CEO of Saongroup managing the businesses across Ireland, South Africa, Central America, the Caribbean and Mauritius. Before joining Stepstone, Ciaran held Financial Controller positions in Ireland and America for Marlborough International plc and DPI Southwest Distributing, a US-based subsidiary of the Irish Dairy Board. Ciaran qualified as an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Dublin, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Diploma in Professional Accounting from University College Dublin. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
