Gerald Lancaster

Gerald Lancaster currently serves as the Industrial Engineering Planning Manager at Stericycle, a position held since March 2017, following experience as an Industrial Engineering Planner within the same company. Lancaster is also the owner and photographer at Lancaster Graphics & Photography since 2003. Prior professional roles include Senior Advisor of Logistics and Operations and Transportation Logistics Manager at Shred-it, and various positions at Cintas from 1997 to 2014, culminating as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Additionally, Lancaster held a leadership role as Membership Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America from 2011 to 2013 and served in the US Army as a Communications Air Traffic Controller from 1988 to 1997. Educational qualifications include certification in Project Management from Xavier University and Certification as an Air Traffic Controller from the FAA, supplemented by studies at Central Texas College and the Army Signal School.
