Melissa Leathwood

Melissa Leathwood is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Director of Inside Sales for Shred-it at Stericycle, overseeing operations in Canada and the USA since October 2016. Melissa's prior roles include Senior Manager and Inside Sales Manager within the same company, as well as experience as an Inside Sales Executive Team Lead and Inside Sales Executive. Before joining Stericycle, Melissa dedicated time to family as a stay-at-home mom from July 2012 to October 2016 and worked in business banking at TD Canada Trust in 2011-2012. Earlier experience includes serving as a Call Centre Manager at The Minacs Group from 2007 to March 2011. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Trent University and a Social Service Worker diploma from Fleming College.
