Rex Caswell

Rex Caswell, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of Inside Sales at both Stericycle and Shred-it, having held the position since September 2020. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Inside Sales at Galls, LLC, and Vice President of Inside Sales at Equifax Workforce Solutions. During a significant tenure at CT Corporation, Rex managed a Salesforce of 145 representatives and achieved a P&L of $24M. With foundational roles at LexisNexis and Thomson Reuters Westlaw, Rex has consistently driven sales performance improvements and team effectiveness across various sectors, leveraging expertise in organizational management and sales processes. Rex holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and an M.B.A. in Management from Florida State University, complemented by dual bachelor's degrees in Social Psychology and Psychology.
