Sally Roland

Sally Roland has over 20 years of professional experience and has worked in various roles and industries. Sally is currently the Global Medical Device Segment & EMEAA Strategy Director at Sterigenics, where they have been working since 2010. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Regional Account Managers, Europe and the Regional Account Manager EMEAA at Sterigenics. Before joining Sterigenics, Sally worked at Technical Airborne Components Industries as a Customer Service & Account Manager from 2006 to 2010. Sally also has experience as a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative at INTRAMET from 2004 to 2006 and as a Procurement & Management of Suppliers at Intersource Management Group from 2001 to 2004.

Sally Roland attended HELMo from 1998 to 2001, where they studied economics, languages, and law. Before that, they attended the University of Liège in 1997 and 1998, studying Romance languages. Sally also has additional certifications in sales, finance, team culture, negotiating, and lean manufacturing.
