Nikki Csepegi

Nikki Csepegi is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and software quality assurance. Currently serving as Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at STERIS since April 2019, Nikki previously held various engineering roles at Rockwell Automation from May 2005 to March 2019, including Software Quality Project Engineer and Software Test Engineer. Earlier career experience includes positions at Philips Healthcare from April 1997 to May 2005 as a Software Engineer and Software Test Engineer, as well as a Quality Intern at Eye Lighting International in late 1996. Academically, Nikki holds a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University and has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering, as well as an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology, all from Franklin University and Lakeland Community College, respectively.
