Asif Nawaz

Asif Nawaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and engineering within the solar and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager at Sterling and Wilson Solar since July 2019, Asif has excelled in overseeing project bids in the areas of photovoltaics (PV), battery energy storage systems (BESS), and wind energy, achieving record low costs and effective cash flow management. Prior to this role, Asif worked as an Assistant Manager for Tendering and Business Development at Larsen & Toubro LTD in Abu Dhabi from 2015 to 2019, where responsibilities included identifying business opportunities, analyzing tender risks, and developing competitive bidding strategies. Asif's career initiated at Larsen and Toubro as a Senior Engineer focusing on electrical design, ensuring compliance with international standards. Asif holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bhilai Institute of Technology, completed in 2012.
